My name is Rudi Janssens, originally from Belgium and now proudly living full-time in beautiful Alanya, Turkey. Together with my wife Tatiana, I run a dedicated real estate service focused on helping international clients find their dream home, holiday property, or smart investment on the Turkish Riviera.
With over more then 10 years of experience in the real estate market, I combine European reliability and professionalism with in-depth local knowledge of Alanya and its surroundings. My clients appreciate my honest and personal approach, clear communication, and attention to detail. Whether you're buying your first property in Turkey or looking to expand your portfolio, I’ll guide you through the entire process step by step — from the first viewing to the final signature.
I speak Dutch, French, English, and some Turkish, so you can always feel understood and supported.

My name is Tatiana Janssens, originally from Russia and now happily living in Alanya, Turkey, where I work alongside my husband Rudi in our family-run real estate business.
With a strong background in customer service and years of experience in the local property market, I specialize in helping clients from all over the world feel confident and comfortable when buying property in Alanya. I understand how important it is to feel supported — especially when dealing with a foreign language, laws, and procedures — and I make it my mission to ensure every step is clear, smooth, and stress-free.
