Our project consists of 5 blocks with 4 floors and 72 flats on a plot of 7,100 m2 located in Oba district, 
block 446, parcel 4. The distance to the sea is 2.5 km. There are 10 flats in each of the A-B-D-E blocks and 
2 garden duplexes with pools, 1 1+1, 4 3+1, 2 4+1 roof duplexes and 1 2+1 roof duplex in each block. 
There is only one garden duplex in B block. In block C, there are 32 flats. There are 12 2+1, 12 1+1, 
4 4+1 roof duplexes and 4 2+1 roof duplexes. The sum of these flats; - 16 units 140 m2 FLAT FEET

Our 4+1 and 3+1 Duplex apartments are equipped with underfloor heating. There will be underfloor 
heating system in the bathrooms of our 2+1 and 1+1 flats. Site features and social areas 1 
concierge apartment, day and night security and security cameras. The common outdoor swimming 
pool of our project is 300 m2 and there is a pool slide. Within the common areas of the site; 
We have a generator, camellia, outdoor seating areas, barbecue areas, a court with basketball-tennis 
volleyball-football fields and a parking lot for 62 cars. In addition to these, 
we will have 1 service vehicle that will belong to the site management. 
Our closed social activity areas will be on the ground floor of block C. 
In this area; Turkish bath, sauna, fitness, massage room, steam room, hot double jacuzzi, 
relax-rest area, movie theater, children's playground, TV watching sections, sitting areas.
